Group Offerings

Substance Use Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Three-hour group sessions three times per week with bi-weekly individual sessions for approximately 12 weeks or 32 group sessions. Individual Sessions are focused on individualizing a treatment plan for each individual client's needs and changes. The curriculum is created to consider the whole person and stabilization tools as well as the use of tools from DBT, CBT, Relapse Prevention, and more. Our group sessions are interactive, educational, and include therapeutic processing for client questions and support. The group curriculum is on a cycle so that anyone can join during any week and the in-between session will rotate in the same cycle for each client to review in individual sessions and group shares. Toward the end of your IOP program, we will complete a transition plan and work together to develop a treatment plan for continued support and treatment with a tapering plan.
